Fantastic Melodic Death Metal from Sweden! a dynamic mixture of brutality, complexity, intensity and melody, in a progressive mood... Probably one of the best melodic Death Metal Albums in the 00's. between Opeth, Pain Of Salvation and Morbid Angel. featuring Christian Älvestam from Scar Symmetry on vocals. recorded at Abyss Studio.

Christian Älvestam can do no wrong - as a long time fan of both his work in Scar Symmetry, Solution 0.45 and his solo outings, I've been blindsighted to this masterpiece of an album - a melodic, heavy, soaring and inspiring musical journey that scratches that Wintersun itch and then transcends it to a height of its own. This one is not just for Christian Älvestam fans, but melo-death and metal fans of all kinds. thesentinel909

This album is ridiculously good! Everything about it is masterful. With elements of Opeth, Steven Wilson, and Insomnium, it is difficult to classify this material. Highly recommended listening. I'll be telling everyone about In Mourning. -VUK-
